Arie, Assistant Vice President, is an architect who leads the Southeast region’s work in the Florida submarket. Since joining the firm in 2018, Arie has worked to help clients at all stages of their real estate investment strategies, beginning with review of project drawings and specifications during pre-construction, construction loan monitoring and owner’s representation throughout the construction phase, and property condition assessments for transactions that involve existing properties.
Arie has worked in the architecture profession for over 15 years. His experience includes work at esteemed firms such as Michael Graves Architecture & Design and Portman Architects, where he helped lead efforts on diverse project types—including hospitality, multifamily residential, and high-end single-family residential—throughout a wide-range of domestic and international locations.
Arie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Miami. He is a licensed architect with registrations in Florida and Georgia, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
