Dan, Assistant Vice President in Marx|Okubo’s Southeast region, is responsible for property condition assessments, pre-construction project reviews, owner’s representation, and construction loan monitoring, with an emphasis on multifamily and senior housing projects.
With a career spanning more than three decades, Dan has broad expertise in the design and construction of a variety of building types, including retail, mixed-use, multifamily, religious, hospitality, and institutional, and is a member of Marx|Okubo’s building envelope group.
Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, Dan served for twelve years as architect/manager for an Atlanta-based design-build firm, and for three years as the studio manager of an architectural firm specializing in multifamily and senior housing projects.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a registered architect in the state of Georgia and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
