As Vice President and Regional Manager in Marx|Okubo’s Northwest region, Geoff’s key roles are in business development and operations. He has served as an architect, owner’s representative, project manager, operations director, and pre-construction executive on a wide variety of projects, with a special focus on complex building envelopes.

Geoff brings over 35 years of design and construction experience on large-scale commercial, residential, biotech and public projects, as well as hands-on experience in fabrication, field construction, product design, and manufacturing. As a pre-construction executive, Geoff closed over $400 million in projects over five years. He was also involved with project management and manufacturing/procurement oversight for significant envelope projects including the cast Corona panel system for David Adjaye’s Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington, DC, the stainless-steel skin for the parabolic facade of Bjarke Ingles Group’s VIA 57 West in New York, and the faceted sunshade system for Krueck + Sexton’s FBI headquarters in Miami.

Geoff earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He is also a licensed general contractor in the states of Washington and Oregon.
