Megan Stermer

Manager of Administration

As Manager of Administration for the Mountain-Midwest region, Megan manages and supports the administrative staff at Marx|Okubo. This includes hiring, terminating, reviewing employees’ ADP time sheets, reviewing Filemaker entries, and conducting performance reviews. Megan also works to track all jobs, teams and deliverables in the office. She schedules weekly staff meetings and keeps meeting minutes up to date. Megan also prepares, issues and tracks proposals for regional managers while also continuously supporting them across all business functions.

Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, Megan worked in commercial and residential construction—in human resources, client relations and customer service. She gained professional experience that she then further developed when she joined the Marx|Okubo team. A longstanding employee with the company, Megan’s management experience (and the position itself, as a result) has grown and developed.

Megan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has continued her education with Fred Pryor supervision courses and annual security awareness training courses, as well as becoming a member of Marx|Okubo’s Staff Development and Training group.
