As Chief Financial Officer, Tammy leads and coordinates Marx|Okubo’s  financial statement process, cashflow and budget functions, as well as ensures the firm’s accounting procedures and reporting conforms to generally accepted accounting principles and standards.

Tammy works closely with the president and the company’s senior management to forecast future performance and analyze key performance indicators. In addition, she serves as a liaison to the board of directors effectively communicating present and future financial matters, as well as facilitates all mandatory audit requirements.

Previously, Tammy served as the assistant CFO for a franchised international food service firm, Orion Food Systems, LLC . For over 23 years, she facilitated several acquisitions, multiple private equity buyouts and oversaw the accounting for the Canada, UK and France companies.

Tammy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Dakota.
