Alta-Midtown

Alta-Midtown is a multi-story, mixed-use building that includes a 21-story, high-rise tower with 14 apartment floors over seven parking levels, an adjoining five-story, low-rise apartment wing and street-level retail. From 2014 to 2017, Marx|Okubo assisted with owner’s representation services for the building. The project started with Marx|Okubo reviewing the program and design requirements, team components, budget and schedule; and then team conducted a multi-tiered pre-construction review.

From there, the Marx|Okubo team moved into construction administration (site visits, RFI review, change order review, project punch-list and close-out), and concluded our services with a warranty walk. This project reflected Marx|Okubo’s mission to preserving value in buildings and communities.
