An aging, multi-story parking garage serviced this 18-story office building, complete with retail spaces and an arts plaza, in the downtown Dallas Arts District.
While meeting the challenge of keeping the garage fully operational, Marx|Okubo brought exiting fire alarm and sprinklers up to code and installed concrete columns, beams and footings through seven levels to align the parking structure with the office tower.
