As an Owner’s Representative for AIG Global Real Estate, Marx|Okubo worked collaboratively with the client and the contractor to prevent the project from going into default. On this project, like many others, Marx|Okubo served to provide the client with valuable third-party expertise on construction issues that impacted scheduling and financing.

As an Owner’s Representative, Marx|Okubo facilitates design coordination meetings, tracks the project budget and schedule, and proposes strategies for risk mitigation in an effort to reduce operating expenses for clients.
