The Marx|Okubo team performed site inspections over multiple days to provide a comprehensive list of issues of non-compliance, projected time frames for addressing these issues as well as an estimate of costs.

Marx|Okubo also served to provide a third-party review of a previous CASp inspection report for a portion of the property, identifying and clarifying issues that did not need to be addressed, based on the applicable standards.
