Under the client’s requirement to have the garage opened quickly while remaining fully operational, Marx|Okubo’s local team worked diligently to observe and track crews while they poured a new concrete frame for each floor every three days; fix damage from a water main break that spanned 13 levels; and complete structural repairs to a new pre-cast parking garage requiring epoxy injections of the double tees.
